As with the nature of events, there may be circumstances whereby we will have to make various adjustments wherever we deem necessary to uphold the quality, aesthetics and professionalism of our works. We ask that you trust our professional and creative judgement. In return, we promise to give our best in making your party Amazingly Partylicious.
Party Theme & Design
We believe that all parties should be Unique, Relatable and truly Personal. Therefore, we do not have standard party themes. Instead, our Professional Party Designers will adopt Twinklebella’s Signature Party Concept of embracing “one favourite thing” of the moment, along with chosen favourite colour combinations to create a party that is truly yours. In fact, it would be wonderful if we could showcase and feature the favourite item, if you have the existing physical item, at the party for all to see.
As part of the Theme Conceptualisation, we will work together with you to understand your thoughts of how you envision your party to be. Thereafter, we will come up with a Personalised Mood Board to ensure we’re on the same page, before proceeding to create a Personalised Digital Sketch of your party setup so that you’ll be able to visualise your party even before the actual day. Personalised Mood Board and Personalised Digital Sketch are entitled to one edit each. Every subsequent edit is subject to $200 each. Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any party theme and design.
Party Colour Palette
The colour palette provided in Twinklebella’s Party Order Form has been specially handpicked by us. Pick one Main Colour for your party, and one Neutral Colour to match. Should you wish to use a different colour which is not featured in our colour palette, please communicate it with our Party Designer. While we strive to create a party according to your desired colours, colours may be subjected to slight variations from the actual product due to discrepancies in photo or screen resolution. Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any party colours.
On the day of your party, our staff will style the party as closely to the agreed Personalised Digital Sketch as possible. While we strive to craft a party that looks as similar to the Digital Sketch to the best of our abilities, our Professional Party Stylists reserve the right to use creative judgement or make adjustments where we deem required. Your Personalised Digital Sketch acts as a digital interpretation of your party design, and is subject to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories. Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any party designs.
Our Professional Party Designers will design your cake based on the theme and chosen colours of your party. The cake shall include the name and age of the celebrant in fondant, as well as an assortment of decorative items such as, but not limited to, fresh seasonal fruits, fresh cream, macarons, sprinkles, bonbons, drizzles, gold flakes etc. The type and quantity of decorative items for each cake is decided by our Party Designers. If you have a specific cake design in mind, please let us know and we will advise on the feasibility of your cake design that is within what is offered in your package. Additional decorative items may be subjected to additional charges.
For more intricate designs or designs with handcrafted fondant details, you may opt for a Premium Cake Upgrade. This option is available under “cake upgrade” in the order form where you can choose to upgrade to a larger cake, double tiers cake, or premium cake.
Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative items. Cake colours and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from the actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo or screen resolution. Fresh fruits for cakes are seasonal and since we do not add sugar to the fresh fruits, we shall not guarantee the sweetness of the fruits. Twinklebella reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any cake designs.
Cake, Desserts & Food
The cake, desserts and food products should be consumed within five hours from delivery. We do not recommend for the cake, desserts and food to be put out any longer than five hours. All desserts, food and cake must be placed in an enclosed, air-conditioned environment, away from direct sunlight.
As we do not provide ice boxes, it is the client’s responsibility to set aside space in the refrigerator to stow the cake, desserts and food before the party begins. For cakes that may be refrigerated, it has to be taken out to thaw for at least an hour before consumption. It is not advisable for fondant cakes to be refrigerated. Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. shall not held liable for the melting/distortion/spoilage of cake, desserts and food products after they have been delivered in good condition.
Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions for your guests. Our food products may contain dairy, nuts or other allergens. The client shall be responsible for notifying your guests of such risk, and hold Twinklebella harmless due to any allergic reactions. Twinklebella shall not be held liable for any adverse effects arising from the consumption of our products.
While we try our best to accommodate to all dietary restrictions, please understand that we may have our limitations. Special requests for dietary restrictions are subjected to availability of resources and may be substituted with another recommended food products with additional charges. Twinklebella reserves the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any special requests for dietary restrictions.
All our cakes, desserts and food products do not contain any pork, lard and alcohol.
Precautions for Guests
As part of creating beautiful cakes and desserts for your party, our Pastry Chefs may make use of certain inedible items such as, but not limited to, ribbons, wires, support dowels, skewers, etc. This is especially so in most fondant figurines and cakes, as with other food products. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these inedible items are removed by your guests before consumption. Twinklebella shall not be held liable for any adverse effects arising from accidents/hurt/misuse of these inedible items.
Package & Component Prices
The prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (sgd), and are strictly fixed and non-negotiable. At Twinklebella, we aim to be as transparent and clear with our price quotes as possible so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Rest assured that there will be no nasty hidden costs, plus we do not charge GST!
All our party packages should ideally be booked at least three weeks prior to the date of your party. However, should you choose to engage our services less than three weeks from the party date, we will be happy to accede, subject to availability, at additional charges depending on the lead time as follows:
20 to 15 days’ notice: 10% of booking total
14 to 8 days’ notice: 25% of booking total
5 to 7 days’ notice: 50% of booking total
4 days or less notice period: 100% of booking total

Period of Hire
Each Happy and Popular Party Package will be three hours, excluding setup and teardown. We currently offer the following time slots: 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm or 6pm to 9pm.
Each Premium Party Package will be four hours, excluding setup and teardown. We currently offer the following time slots: 12pm to 4pm or 5pm to 9pm.
Should you prefer to host your party at a different time slot, please let us know beforehand via email at email@example.com. We will try our best to accommodate to your request, subject to availability on that day.
Extension of Party Hire
Any additional hours or part thereof shall be charged at $50 per hour when you book early via the Twinklebella Party Order Form, subject to availability. For last minute extension of party hire (3 days or less notice), additional hours or part thereof shall be charged at $80 per hour, subject to availability.
Please contact our friendly party planner at least two hours in advance prior to the originally scheduled teardown time, subject to availability on that day. Twinklebella reserves the right to accept or reject extension of party hire should the client gives a notice of less than two hours.
Setup & Teardown
We will arrive at your party venue approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of your party time slot to set up, style and ensure that all is in order. Twinklebella staff shall not be responsible for putting up client’s own decoration during setup time.
At the end of your party time slot, our staff will be back to tear down which should take as quick as 15 to 30 minutes. Twinklebella staff shall not be responsible for teardown of balloon decorations for all packages. We will also not be responsible for cleaning up any mess made by activities or party guests.
The dessert table shall be set up in an indoor, air-conditioned, well-lit environment. This is to ensure that the cake, desserts and food products may be placed in optimal cool conditions and are less prone to melting in the heat of sunny Singapore. Twinklebella shall not be held responsible for the melting/distortion/spoilage of cake, desserts and food products should the client choose to have the dessert table outdoors or in an area without air-condition.
In order for us to effectively and efficiently set up within the stipulated timing before your guests arrive, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that you have set aside an area big enough to hold the dessert table, as well as the balloon bouquets and props, if any, which will be placed at the sides of the table. The wall and surroundings behind the table should be clear and clean for the whole set up to look aesthetically pleasing and at its best. The backdrop is usually attached to the wall using damage-free adhesive tapes.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is ready and accessible at the pre-arranged setup and teardown time.
Early Setup & Late Teardown Surcharge (if applicable)
A surcharge of $100 applies for all early party setups before 10am, the earliest setup would be at 7am.
A surcharge of $100 applies for all party teardown after 10pm, not exceeding 12 midnight. After 12 midnight, the late teardown surcharge is $200.
All display props and items are on a rental basis, unless otherwise stated. After setup, please kindly have a representative to acknowledge our Props Rental Form at least 15 minutes before the party starts. For any loss or damage of rental items, the client shall bear $200 per item.
Venue Surcharge (if applicable)
A venue surcharge applies should your event venue fall under any of these categories.
Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island:
A surcharge of $30 applies for setups required in venues requiring special access to cover the entry and parking fees that are incurred when we enter the venue for setup and teardown.
Without Lift Access:
All setups are to be done on ground floor or lift landing levels. A surcharge of $100 applies for setups required in spaces without lift access and require access via staircase, up to two levels only.
Public Holiday & Eve of Public Holiday Surcharge (if applicable)
A surcharge of $100 applies for all party setups that fall on a Singapore Public Holiday and the eves of New Year & Christmas.
Each party setup is specially designed for one celebrant, with the exception of twins celebrating the same birthday. A joint celebration of more than one celebrant is subjected to a flat fee of $300 per celebrant. Additional cake & dessert cost shall be borne by the client. Do let us know in advance if you will be having more than one celebrant at the party.
All bookings should be made online via Twinklebella Party Order Form on our website. This form may be found under each Party Package. By filling up the necessary information in the form, not only will it speed up the booking process, you will be able to look at every single component of what you are paying for.
We wish to inform that we do not make quotations of any kind over the phone, simply because each and every personalised party is unique and we want to ensure that every detail and element discussed have been recorded and accounted for. We accept payment via Internet Banking / ATM Transfer / PayLah! / PayNow / PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / AMEX. Kindly note that only bookings made online and paid in full are confirmed. We do not accept partial payment, or instalments.
For Internet Banking / ATM Transfer, please make your payment directly to DBS Current Account 072-006262-0 within 24 hours from order submission. Please notify us of payment via email email@example.com after and use your Booking # as the payment reference. Your booking will not be processed until we have received your payment.
For PayLah! / PayNow, please make your payment directly to mobile number 8488 4013 within 12 hours from order submission. Please notify us of payment via email firstname.lastname@example.org after and use your Booking # as the payment reference. Your booking will not be processed until we have received your payment.
For PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Other Credit or Debit Cards, please select PayPal as your payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select ‘Pay with my credit or debit card’ and key in the relevant information. If you have a PayPal account, you may login to PayPal to make your payment. Kindly note that there will be a 7% admin fee for all payment made under PayPal / Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Other Credit or Debit Cards you pay with via the PayPal method. Your booking will not be processed until we have received your payment.
Confirmation of Booking
Once you’ve submitted your booking, you will come to a page that says ‘Order Complete’ along with a summary of your booking details. Proceed to make the payment and once we have received your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Should there be any changes or additional charges, we will be in touch with you either via email or your mobile.
Last Minute Changes
All changes to your party booking should be made at least two weeks prior to the date of your party. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any changes in a timely manner. Changes proposed less than 2 weeks are subject to a surcharge, subject to our discretion. In the event that you need to make a last minute change, please contact us directly via email at email@example.com.
We regret to inform you that any cancellation is subjected to 100% of your booking charges. In the unfortunate event that you need to make a last minute cancellation, please contact us directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
Product quality and customer satisfaction are our utmost priority. All products are lovingly handmade and the outcome of products may vary at times. However, should dissatisfaction arises from difference in colour, taste or outlook of the product, we will not be able to provide any refunds. Twinklebella reserves the rights to replace any item of similar value without prior notice.
Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute or change any listed terms and conditions, with or without prior notice.
Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make amendments to the pricing, package offerings, vendors, suppliers without notice to cater to operational or logistic requirements.

Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. shall not be held liable in any way for the security of your party, or damages, loss or injuries which may occur during your party.
Twinklebella Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for putting up client’s own decoration during set up, tearing down of balloon decorations and cleaning up any mess made by party guests and activities.
