Welcome to Twinklebella’s Gluten Free Bakery! We believe that eating healthy doesn’t mean we have to forgo delicious cakes and desserts from our diet, especially not when there’s a party! Baked in a dedicated gluten free kitchen, our yummy Gluten Free & Nut Free Chocolate Fudge Cake is free from refined sugar, grains, additives, colourings, flavours, preservatives, soy, gluten, dairy and nuts of course. We only use real and natural ingredients, which makes our food super nutritious and great tasting at the same time!
We also do not use any pork, lard and alcohol in all our food products. In fact, we use mainly vegetarian ingredients apart from eggs and honey.
Allergen Warning: While all ingredients used are gluten free, please note that we do not send our products for allergens tests. We cannot guarantee that our food products are 100% free from all allergens. Please consume only if you are comfortable with this.
Equipment Caution: Our Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake comes in a Nut Free version whereby we replace Almonds with Sunflower Seeds. However, please note that all ingredients are processed using the same equipment with eggs and tree nuts such as almond, cashew, hazelnut and walnut. Please be advised to consume at your own discretion.
Cake Decoration: We do not provide piping decoration on all special dietary cakes (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, low glycemic, vegan, etc). We only provide add on of healthy toppings such as fresh fruits (non glazed), organic cacao nibs (unsweetened) or organic dried lavender buds (raw) at an additional charge. If you’d like some props for cake decoration, you may consider getting large sparkling candles or cake toppers here.
